We recruit people from different backgrounds and levels of experience depending on what they can contribute.

Entry Level. Besides the opportunity to gain real skills and professional experience, our entry level placement is a great way to enter the highly-competitive world of software development. As an entry level recruit, you will work among colleagues with different technical expertise and experience while enjoying the same level of involvement expected of a senior staff member. You must have relevant qualifications in informatics or computer sciences and some basic experience in applications and development with a fair amount of exposure to the development platforms we work with. For more details, visit our Technology section. We also take in a limited number of Interns every year to give IT students the opportunity to learn something new from hands-on work experience. Interns with exceptional talent and potential can expect to be absorbed in a permanent position.

Experienced. Your career at Netvision can start whenever you wish; we value the experience you bring to the job. Whatever your experience, you will be able to use the knowledge you already have and use it on the job from the first day. Experienced hires always bring a new energy into the workplace. If you have between two and five years of experience in our industry, you can apply directly for a mid-tier position. If you have more than five years of experience, you can apply for a leadership position in client servicing. We also look for professionals with some exposure to foreign cultures because many of our clients are based abroad. There are significant opportunities for senior professionals to work with clients at an offshore facility.

Administration. Our non-technical and administrative staff is a core member of our team and plays an important role in supporting our developers and programmers achieve their target within the deadline. We would not be successful in our business without their tireless dedication and efficiency. From arranging meetings and appointments to making payroll and travel arrangements, our support staff is the backbone of our operation and makes an invaluable contribution to the Netvision family. We take great care in selecting who we take in for these positions and reward them accordingly. For the right person, we are even willing to offer flexible incentives and working arrangements such as temporary work, fixed-term contracts and permanent positions.

PROCESS
The job application process starts with preparing your resume according to our guidelines. These steps have been laid down to make the selection process more efficient. Once you’ve sent in your resume, it will be reviewed by our recruiting team. Based on our hiring requirements, applicants will be contacted in person for a preliminary interview.
The preliminary interview is an opportunity to personally present your resume, and allows us to get to know you and evaluate your qualifications. Following our evaluation, you may be invited for a final interview. During the final interview, you will get the opportunity to present your educational and professional achievements in detail. This interview is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions that you may have about the job and the company.

Here is how you go about the application process:

1.    Download the Resume Guidelines and prepare your resume accordingly. This is meant to help you prepare your profile according to your skills and professional experience and help us correctly evaluate your fit for an available job opening.
2.    Keep your resume limited to a maximum of two pages. It does not mean we are not interested in knowing about your hobbies and marital status, but not in the resume. Your resume is supposed to describe your educational and professional achievements.
3.    Mail us your resume accompanied with a cover letter. Do not call us to follow up on your application. If you are an interesting recruitment prospect, we will get in touch with you personally at your contact details and inform you about the interview date.
